End of Lease Process
The End of Lease Process is simple and easy.
If your current vehicle is has reached its budgeted end date and you'd like to return it, simply contact us with your specific details and we'll send a driver to collect from a convenient location.
Please ensure at the time of off-hiring, the following items are kept in the car and or handed over to a LeasePlan representative:
-Two sets of keys
-Two remotes
-Vehicle operating manuals
-Vehicle service book
-Radio codes
-Any CD's or DVD's relating to GPS equipment
-Tool kit and jacket
-All accessories that came with the vehicle (ie cargo blind, mats, fire extinguisher, first aid kits, etc.)
Failure to supply the items back with the vehicle at the time of return, could leave you subject to additional charges.
We appreciate that your vehicle will have had some wear and tear during the period of your lease. We've allowed for that in your lease contract. If you'd like to double check and or keep the LeasePlan Wear and Tare Policy for a Car or Van, please click the link.
A team from SGS Inspection Services, which is a fully independent company, will inspect your vehicle for any access wear and tear. All damages, should they exist, will be itemized and presented on an Inspection Report.
