Who chooses where LeasePlan purchases my vehicle?
LeasePlan has a network of suppliers and will typically buy the vehicle at the best price and the least inconvenience. A large number of vehicles are now purchased directly through the manufacturer and delivered through your local dealership. Your vehicle does not need to be serviced by the vehicle supplier.

How much does my lease cost?
LeasePlan are contracted by your company to provide products and services for your vehicle. Therefore, this information should be discussed directly with your employer.

What insurance company do I call when my vehicle is broken into?
Call 800 DRIVER for LeasePlan's 24 hour, 7 day a week assistance and we will point you in the right direction. If you have had any personal belongings taken from your vehicle you will need to contact your Contents Insurance provider.

What do I do when my vehicle needs replacing?
The replacement is initiated by LeasePlan based on the term of your current lease. You will be required to make a decision on make / model, colour and transmission. This then provides LeasePlan with the information necessary to quote the new vehicle. Once the lease cost is authorised by your company, the order can be placed. At this time LeasePlan can confirm delivery date.

Who decides on the vehicle that I drive?
This is determined by your company vehicle policy and will generally be determined by the use of your vehicle. Your options will be made clear to you at the time of replacing your vehicle.

My alarm won't turn itself off - what do I do?
Call 800 DRIVER.  LeasePlan provides a 24 hour, 7 day a week service that includes help with some of those annoying problems such as faulty alarms and running out of petrol!

My window has been broken - what do I do?
For any type of glass damage such as stone chips or forced break-ins, please phone LeasePlan toll-free on 800 DRIVER 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
